1) TAEKWONDO

The many teachers and masters at our institute will guide and train you through the entire life span of a taekwondo student, from a small little white seed to a large black tree. You will experience both physical training and a little theory in the later stages.

2) KICK BOXING

kickboxing, has been linked to improved mental health and positive feelings. Kickboxing involves aerobic and anaerobic exercise, both of which positively impact mood. It is a mere combination of karate and boxing. You will only experience physical training.

3) UNARMED COMBAT

Unarmed combat is a type of self-defence and protection. It consists of physical training without any weapons or instruments. It is also taught in the army and is a basic survival skill

4) POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement.

5) WEIGHT LOSS

various types of cardio and physical exercises will lead to weight loss. the trainers will design a specific exercise chart regarding whatever is it you want reduce.

6) IMMUNITY BOOSTING

Building of the immunity is very necessary, or else we will be prone to various different diseases. at our centre we will help increase your immunity both physically and mentally. The key aspect is not to panic
